Job Description
What you will do:
* Set up and maintain Workday's Advanced Comp features, including bonus plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules.
* Act as the principal subject matter expert in Workday Compensation, owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance.
* Prepare, manage, and run our annual global compensation processes
* Review and implement new Workday features with strong focus on automation and optimized user experience
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues in both Compensation and HCM, ensuring operational continuity during critical cycles
* Contribute to Workday reporting and analytics, with a focus on Compensation
* Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes
* Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production
* Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements
* Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and create reports/dashboards for leadership decision-making.
* Maintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to users
* Build audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them
* Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modules.
* Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support
* Maintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday team
* Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training
* Conduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referents
* Ticket management (bugs, questions, evolutions)
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst, specializing in the Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
* Experience configuring and managing compensation and performance management processes

* A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential information
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working in an international environment
* A customer service mindset and approach
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
* Expertise in compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
* Analytical, tech-savvy and data-driven mindset
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into system configurations.
* Knowledge of Core HCM, reporting, and security within Workday.
