As part of a new strategic business line within the **Global Digital Banks area called Business Development and Partnerships, we are looking to hire a Business Development & Partnerships**

This team is responsible for **identifying, defining, and driving new business lines—both financial and non-financial—through strategic agreements with third parties, aiming to accelerate customer base growth, maximize impact on the P&L; through innovative and scalable collaboration models, and generate awareness in markets where BBVA is expanding as a digital bank.**

You will be part of a cross-functional team with a business-oriented vision, focused on seeking new opportunities, developing joint value propositions with third parties, and executing initiatives that deliver tangible growth and results.

**Languages: Advanced English is essential**. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or German will be positively valued.

**Experience**:

- **At least 4-6 years of experience in strategic consulting, business development, or digital alliance management.**:

- **Previous experience in banking, fintech, digital platforms, or technology companies is highly valued.**:

- **Experience launching new businesses, digital products, or B2B2C partnership models is appreciated.**

**About the job**:
Main Responsibilities:
**Strategic development and opportunity generation**:

- Identify and analyze new business opportunities and strategic collaborations with third parties (digital partners, fintechs, platforms, companies from other sectors, etc.), including trend and market analysis.
- Evaluate business models and design joint value propositions.
- Prepare business cases aimed at customer base growth, cross-selling of financial products, or brand awareness.
- Prepare executive presentations for decision-making in strategic committees.
- Define solutions, products, and business models.

**Initiative management and project execution**:

- Provide end-to-end support for opportunities from ideation through execution and follow-up.
- Coordinate with key internal teams: Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Track ongoing projects: planning, task management, dependencies, and stakeholder management. Analyze the impact on the P&L; of initiatives and monitor performance afterward.

**Relationship management with strategic partners**:

- Act as liaison with current and potential partners: manage relationships, jointly develop initiatives, and monitor performance.
- Support structuring and management of contracts and framework collaboration agreements.
- Monitor business impact and KPIs generated by partnerships.
