At this stage of our journey we are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team on a hybrid basis.
Requirements:
* Solid experience with SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning
* Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation and modeling
* Strong Python skills for data processing and basic ETL development
* Experience using AI tools for coding
Nice to Have:
* Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.G., Apache Airflow)
* Familiarity with data integration tools (e.G., Airbyte)
Responsibilities:
1)Data Infrastructure & Ingestion
* Integrate and maintain new data sources into the data warehouse (e.G. APIs, CRMs, internal tools), ensuring reliable and scalable pipelines
* Monitor and ensure the health of the data warehouse infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving data quality or pipeline issues
2)Data Modeling & Transformation
* Design and maintain data models using dbt, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with business definitions
* Collaborate with the data team to improve and document the existing data layer
3)Stakeholder-Facing & End-to-End Projects
* Lead end-to-end data projects from requirements gathering with business stakeholders through to delivery and documentation
* Translate business needs into data solutions, acting as the bridge between technical implementation and xqysrnh business understanding
* Communicate findings, progress and blockers clearly to non-technical audiences
