Role
As ourDigital Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that builds awareness, generates high-quality leads, and differentiates our brand in the industry.
You will be both the strategic architect and the operational driver—balancing big-picture planning with day-to-day execution.
You'll work closely with leadership to define KPIs, track performance, and refine campaigns.You'll also have the autonomy to test, optimize, and innovate in our marketing approach.
This role reports to theMarketingDirectorand will collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams.
What you will do
Digital Strategy & Execturion
Own and execute Acoru's digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across content, SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media.
Combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Content & Brand Marketing
Develop and manage Acoru's content marketing across the funnel to educate, engage, and convert.
Ensure consistency of voice, design, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Strengthen Acoru's brand presence in the banking, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention ecosystem.
Lead Generation & Automation
Design and optimize lead scoring, qualification, and nurturing workflows.
Leverage HubSpot for inbound marketing, campaign automation, and CRM integration.
Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoff and continuous funnel optimization.
Performance & Analytics
Define KPIs and track performance across digital channels using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Build dashboards, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights.
Apply A/B testing and attribution models to maximize conversion and ROI.
Collaboration & Aligment
Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Share insights and recommendations that guide go-to-market decisions.
Contribute to a collaborative, agile culture focused on experimentation and growth.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experiencein B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record inbanking, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and/or AML industries (mandatory).
Strong understanding of which B2B marketing channels perform best in our industry—and why.
Comfortable balancingstrategic planning and operational execution, able to design and implement digital initiatives end-to-end.
Proven expertise inlead scoring, qualification, generation, and nurturingprograms.
Demonstrated success inSEO and SEM, driving measurable organic and paid results.
Advanced proficiency withHubSpot, including campaign automation, workflows, lead nurturing, scoring, and reporting.
Experience managingHubSpot–Salesforce integrations, including field mapping, lead lifecycle management, and database hygiene.
Skilled in usingGoogle Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Campaign Managerfor optimization and performance tracking.
Proven ability to defineKPIs, interpret data, and presentactionable insightsto leadership.
Stronganalytical, communication, and storytelling skills, with attention to consistency and brand voice.
Comfortable working in afast-paced, early-stage environmentwith high ownership and autonomy.
Experience running and optimizingLinkedIn Ads and Google Adscampaigns integrated into inbound workflows.
Ability to conductA/B testingon forms, CTAs, emails, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Fluent inEnglish (mandatory);Spanish or Portugueseis a plus.
