What can you look forward to as Accounting Manager: Oversee all core accounting processes: general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Review account reconciliations, VAT postings, booking accuracy, and ensure accounting quality.Prepare and submit tax reports for Spain, Germany, and Hungary, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, online transmissions).Check freight and customs invoices, follow up discrepancies, and manage specific AP postings.Manage Insurance policiesProcess customer EDIs, manage self-billing flows, and ensure correctness of AR balances and customer price databases.Monitor investments, CIP, and asset additions/disposalsEnsure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in SAP.Support liquidity planning, bank reconciliations, treasury analysis, and CAP preparationCollaborate closely with Controlling, Local Departments, Shared Services, and external auditors.Participate in digitalization and automation initiatives within FinanceYour Profile as Accountant Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.Strong technical accounting knowledge (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets) and understanding of internal control systems.High level of English and Spanish; German is a plus.Solid Excel and reporting skills; SAP experience highly valued.Strong analytical mindset, problem‐solving orientation, and high attention to detail.Proactive and commitment to continuous improvementAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, excellent organizational and time management skills.
