POmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead. /p pMAIN TASKS: /pulliProvide support to the sales and functional team in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: Solution design, estimation, and assumptions. /liliSupport the PM/DM in technical leadership on the project, bringing comprehensive technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project's functional demands. /liliDetect and notify risks in the technical management of project/client profitability. /liliEnsure the smooth progress of the project in terms of Scope, Schedule, and Costs. Alerting and anticipating possible deviations to the Project Manager/Delivery Manager. /liliEnsure the fulfillment of the project's technical objectives. /liliEnsure compliance with the agreed software quality standards with Omega's Technical Management. /liliSupervise the effort estimations of the development and support team during the testing phase of a project. /liliCollaborate with the PM/DM in project demos for the client. /liliEnsure the final delivery of technical documentation for a project. /liliParticipate in the development and training of the technical team, advising them to improve their technical skills. /liliIdentify possible technical Up Cross Selling opportunities. /liliIdentify possible methodological improvements for the technical team. /liliCollaborate in Omega's community of practice, providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other collaborators to develop technical capabilities. /li /ulpbr/ppREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: /pulli3+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations. /liliExperience in Salesforce.com projects. /liliExperience in the different modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, /liliExperience with agile methodologies. /liliHigh level of English. /li /ul pWHAT DO WE OFFER /pulliPermanent contract. /liliFlexible Schedule.
