PbJob description: /b /ppbLabor Relations Technician / Técnico/a de Relaciones Laborales /b /ppbr/ppbWhat you’ll do /b /ppBased in Alicante Airport, the Labor Relations Technician is responsible for providing advice and support to line managers in Spain, ensure processes are followed and compliance with labour regulations. /ppbr/ppbThe Accountabilities of the Role: /b /pulliProvide advice and guidance to Store Managers and Area Managers in all aspects of employee relations /liliSupport with payroll processing when needed /liliSupport managers in building inclusive and high-performing teams. /liliEnsure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with employment law and regulations. /liliEnsure employment relations cases are managed and dealt with in a timely manner and clear advice is provided to relevant stakeholders.
