New Developments - Key Account Manager (Listings focussed) – Mallorca
At Lucas Fox, we’re seeking a proactive New Developments Key Account Manager to focus on building our portfolio of new development projects by establishing and nurturing relationships with local and international developers. You will serve as the main point of contact during project development, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful commercialization through Lucas Fox.
Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility is to build and manage relationships with developers to secure listings and drive commercialization of new development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* To establish and manage relationships with Developers:
o Negotiate terms and agreements with developers to secure listing and commercialization with Lucas Fox.
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with developers, both local and international.
o Act as the main point of contact throughout all stages of project development.
* New Projects Listing and Management:
o Identify and list new building projects in key areas to expand our residential property portfolio.
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date project information is maintained in relevant systems.
o Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and maximize project visibility.
o Lead the commercialization efforts of new development projects through Lucas Fox.
o Coordinate with sales agents and promoters to drive sales and achieve project goals.
* Business Development:
o Develop and nurture a network of contacts within the developer and construction community.
o Explore opportunities to enhance our listing portfolio and business growth.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate market.
* Previous experience in new developments or listing building projects is highly desirable.
* Deep knowledge of the Mallorca real estate market.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Motivated and driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
