Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Technical Lead.


Main Tasks:

1. Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
2. Assist the Project Manager/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, platform knowledge, and optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
3. Identify and notify risks affecting project/client profitability.
4. Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting to deviations.
5. Meet technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
7. Participate in project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
8. Contribute to technical team development through training and mentoring.
9. Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
10. Engage in Omega's community of practice, providing thought leadership and training.


Required Experience:

* At least 3 years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
* Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
* Knowledge of modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* High level of English proficiency.
