Job Purpose
• On-call response and coordination of events (threats, incidents and crises) alerted to Group Operational Resilience
• Provide professional support to the Group Level Crisis Response Organisation in times of crises incidents and threats
• Provide training and advisory to response community regarding defined alert and escalation procedures and response and recovery plans.
• Develop, deploy and ensure compliance to the AXA Group Operational Resilience Policy, instructions, procedures and guidelines in alignment with sponsors and stakeholders expectations, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA governance and overall resilience or security strategies
• Anticipation and analysis activities related to disruptive events (threats, incidetns and crises), formally, via
• Serve as point of contact for Crisis Management, providing advisory where required
• Develop and deploy the plans and associated support documentation
• Participate in the Business Resilience horizon scanning activities, to establish future developments and identify areas of risk
• Develop and provide best practice materials for global entities to utilize and develop their own compliant programs along with the necessary training and guidance for exercising crisis management teams
• Establish relationship with entity CM representatives and provide support and guidance to global crisis management teams as required
• Provide continuous compliance monitoring of global entities and provide executive governance reporting. Including the quality assurance of crisis management plans, procedures and associated materials, training events and skill sets

• Equip the team [wider Crisis Manager’s community], develop, advise and educate
• Provide Crisis Management advisory across the group, design and facilitate training and exercises
• Quality assurance of the global CM program
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to associated business resilience teams
• Develop, facilitate and support, crisis management testing and exercises
• Support management of the crisis management budget
• Support the annual Business Resilience conference
Your Profile
Required Technical competencies:
Crisis Management
Co-ordinate the global deployment and compliance of crisis management standards
Ensure that appropriate crisis management planning, awareness, training and testing is conducted across the Group
Develop and distribute guidance, examples and templates for a compliant CM program

Manage the implementation of the crisis management system
Stakeholder Engagement
Manage the expectations and agreed objectives with the program stakeholders
Report with the relevant frequency the right information to the stakeholders [Group ELT]
Customer Needs Analysis
Understand and set the process to analysis needs, negotiate and explain needs to ELT level
Third Party Management
Manage the interactions with all external parties to deliver what is expected
Quality Management
Developing and maintaining key QA metrics and reports
Deliver the Crisis Management advisory with the expected quality levels
