Overview
Job Description for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent in Madrid. Our client is hiring for the Airplus project to assist clients with transaction and credit card inquiries primarily in German via phone and email. Comprehensive paid training and a relocation package are provided.
Responsibilities
* Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
* Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
* Provide support via phone and email
* Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
* Work Monday to Friday 9 : 00 – 20 : 00 (split shifts) with one rotating day off per week
Qualifications
* Native or fluent in German
* High level of English
* Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
* Reliable, flexible and professional
* Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
