Responsibilities
This role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with key EMEIA accounts, including:
* Account management for retention and growth
* Quarterly face-to-face business reviews
* Adding value through new markets, services, and relationships
Additional duties include:
* Using CRM systems for sales tracking
* Forecasting and monitoring account metrics
* Conducting monthly reviews
* Preparing and presenting proposals
* Providing smooth handovers to Operations for new projects
* Supporting account management and marketing activities as needed
* Sharing customer roadmap aspirations with the regulatory team
Qualifications and Skills
* Target-oriented with strong commercial awareness
* Experience with land-based and iGaming sectors is desirable
* Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and adaptable team player
* Capable of multitasking and prioritizing
* Calm under pressure
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
