We are a small, down-to-earth executive search & headhunting company who emphasizes highly tailored recruitment solutions. Our specialty is in recruiting the best talents from the Nordic companies, which is also why we have offices in both Dubai, Spain and Denmark.
As our new consultant, you will be sitting in our Spain-based office, from where you will find and match potential candidates with our customers. You will find qualified candidates - mostly from the Nordic countries - that match companies in the best way possible.
It’s very important that you speak and write in a high level of English and Spanish. You must be able to speak fluently in any business and professional situation you meet. You will be talking to potential candidates and companies daily and therefore it’s important that you know how to speak these language fluently. Its important that you, other than english and spanish, speak at least one scandinavian language.
It’s a must that you have great experience with recruitment and have insight in the recruitment business.
Relation and network mean a lot in the recruitment business. Therefore, it’s a great advantage if you have a wide network in your home country or Spain.
As you will be sitting in our office in Spain, it’s important that you live there or have the ability to move there. xpzdshu
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
High-energy and passion
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
