About the role

This is an entry-level sales role designed for people who are ambitious, coachable, and ready to start a career in sales. Previous SDR or BDR experience is a plus.

This role is for you.

As an SDR at FERO, you'll be the first point of contact for eCommerce brands and a key driver of our sales pipeline.

What you'll do

* Make outbound calls to eCommerce brands to introduce FERO and create interest
* Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
* Keep clean and accurate notes in the CRM
* Improve your outreach approach through coaching, feedback and testing
* Share learnings from the market: objections, competitors and what's landing well

Who you are

Background (we're open-minded)

* No previous SaaS or sales experience required
* 0–1 years in customer-facing roles is a plus
* Fluent English
* Based in Madrid
* Right to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship)
* Some SDR / BDR experience is a plus,
