Responsibilities
- Renegotiate contracting conditions with our hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, best available rates, and ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions with the highest level of system expertise.
- Apply targeted actions on the product and prioritize initiatives based on data insights provided by company dashboards.
- Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded into the system by suppliers.
- Partner internally with the Contracting Manager to ensure high-quality collaboration, sharing strategies and driving efficiency.
- Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers to maintain strong relationships and performance.
Qualifications
- Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize actions based on analytics.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English & French or German.
