**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**
In our team **your main functions will be**:
- Develop maintenance **procedures** and ensure their implementation.
- Perform** facilities inspections** to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Check the **hydraulic and electrical systems**of the buildings to ensure their functionality.
- ** Planification and supervisation of all installation and repair activities.**:
- ** Workload allocation to maintenance staff.**:
- ** Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when is necessary.**:
- ** Monitoring of expenditure and control of the maintenance budget.**:
- ** Manage relationships with contractors and service providers**.
- ** Maintain maintenance records** and report on day-to-day activities.
- Ensure that **health and safety policies** are complied with..
- ** Management and coordination of constructions.**:
- ** Management with local councils and industry.**
**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
For this position, we are looking for **experts with experience in similar environments**, **Engineering Studies**(preferably in areas related to facilities or infrastructure management), technical knowledge of **plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, air conditioning and fire protection**, previous experience preparing** technical documentation such as reports, drafting projects, execution of plans.**
Knowledge of Gmao, Presto and BIM (Revit) is a plus.
