Responsibilities
Develop sales of PCC Exol products in Spain.
Participate in building business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Initiate new product development based on client needs.
Manage sales channels and explore new market opportunities.
Implement sales and development strategies for the Spanish market.
Manage commercial policies and make market-driven decisions to maximize sales.
Visit clients regularly, attend trade fairs, and develop market intelligence.
Prepare sales forecasts, analyses, and action plans.
Negotiate sales terms and contracts, and acquire new clients.
Collaborate with R&D to develop new products.
Requirements
Proven experience in the surfactants market in Iberia.
Chemical engineering background.
Excellent command of English and Spanish.
Deep understanding of the chemical market.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience negotiating with senior management in international sales.
Customer-oriented with flexibility to meet customer needs.
Willingness to travel and work in international environments.
Experience working within an international group.
