- Job Description
Objectives of the position: Central interface and technical contact person for internal customers with a focus on expert consulting. Development, operational implementation, management and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and measures to generate lead and increase brand awareness - with a focus on quality, budge and time. Coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and on-budged implementation.
- Face to face contact and expert consulting for internal customers
- Concepcion, implementation and management of integrated marketing campaigns and individual measures for dead generation and/or awareness based on strategic briefing and internal specifications
- Development of campaign concepts, definition of customer journeys, campaign goals, assets, etc., creation of content calendars, cross-channel content production and management in collaboration with downstream units
- Operational responsibility for budget allocation and maintenance (Channels), budget-compliant use of funds, ensuring effectiveness, preparations of budget and results reports.
- Developing ideas and liaising between internal customers and downstream teams, working closely with stakeholders to implement activities, coordinating parallel campaigns and analysing target group
- Increasing performance through data based analyses, KPI evaluations and targeted optimizations measures, taking stakeholder feedback into account for further development in future activities
- Responsibility for project management of (parallel) campaigns and measures as well as exchange for the purpose of cross-selling
- Management and coordination for procurement and production, support for tendering processes
- Distribution of concepts, master content and assets to the regions
- Management of external service provider and internal competences, preparation of briefings for downstream internal and external units, including preparations of job tickets for efficient project implementation

- University degree or comparable professional qualifications in marketing
- At least three years of experience in managing integrated marketing & communications campaigns, also involving internal and/or external agencies
- Strong and proven consulting skills, project management skills and presentation skills
- Expert knowledge in creating go-to-marketing strategies, business performance and planning process and the ability to effectively contextualize future plans ins the current context
- In depth knowledge and experience in inbound and performance marketing, marketing automation as well as SEM, SEO and social media / mechanisms
- Networker with the ability to work up and down a complex matriz organization and as part of a team and ensure that key stakeholders, such as top management, are involved on an ongoing basis
- Strong experience in visualizing-issues, conceptual thinking, excellent judgement and creative problem solving skills
- High level of creativity, strong communications skills, assertiveness and hands on mentality
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask successfully and high awareness of meeting targets and deadlines
- High customers orientation with the ability to convince and involve colleagues and build effective relationships
- Independent, solutions and results-orientates way of working, high degree of personal responsibility
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Eloqua
- Experience with budget allocations and BI and analysis tools (e.g. Power Pivot, SAP) as well as interpreting data
- Experience in the technical environment (Automotive or Rail industry) is an advantage
- Fluency English (C1), other languages an advantage
