🎨 Graphic Designer – Full Time – Pozuelo de Alarcón

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who combines creative excellence with strategic thinking — someone who understands that great design isn't just aesthetics, it's a growth lever.
What you'll own:
* Translate creative briefs into high-quality visual assets across all channels: social media, web, email, paid media, packaging, and presentations.
* Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure every piece of communication is on-brand, on-message, and built to perform.
* Produce and edit video content — from studio sessions to corporate events — with full command of the post-production pipeline.
* Contribute to web design and digital platform projects with a performance-oriented mindset.
* Help maintain and evolve our visual identity across every touchpoint, ensuring consistency and quality at every stage.
* ·Support other departments with a wide range of design needs: packaging materials, product dossiers, image adaptation and retouching, event flyers and invitations, and ad-hoc creative requests as the business requires.
* Stay sharp on AI-based creative tools and bring them into your workflow where they add real value.
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
* Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom). Also command of Figma and canva for presentation.
* Strong video editing skills and experience managing audiovisual assets end-to-end.
* A portfolio that demonstrates both creative range and strategic clarity — we want to see that your work solves problems, not just looks good.
* Fluent in Spanish and English — written and spoken.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace in a fast-growing environment.
* Familiarity with AI-powered tools for image and video production is a plus.
