Experteer OverviewAs the global pay equity lead, you will own analytics, methodology, and governance to ensure compliant, transparent compensation across ~30 countries. You will partner with HR Ethics/Compliance, Legal, Finance, and regional HR to drive end-to-end pay equity programs and EU regulatory readiness. You'll translate complex regulatory topics into actionable guidance for leadership while steering cross-functional compensation initiatives. * Design, execute, and oversee enterprise-wide pay equity analyses across multiple countries and compensation elements
