GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :
* University degree in a related field, preferably in textile or fashion.
* Minimum 10 years of sales experience in jersey / knitted product groups for catalog market (blank apparel).
* Having a strong relationship and contacts within the business.
* Fluent in English – written and verbal.
* Proactive team player with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
* Strong marketing, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
* Well organized with strong daily follow-up skills.
* Strong sense of fashion, economy, and business trends.
* Good knowledge of the Spanish apparel market.
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
* Good understanding of the garment business.
* No restrictions to travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Prepare necessary business and action plans to realize annual sales and profit targets.
* Develop new sales strategies that will increase sales volume and efficiency and organize all activities for this end.
* Plan and effectively implement all marketing and sales activities to create new sales channels.
* Evaluate customer requests in line with their needs and priorities, preparing and submitting the most appropriate offers.
* Carry out customer order and logistics processes, taking part in all operational processes with Customs and Logistics companies, preparing required documents and / or files.
* Ensure continuity of customer satisfaction at a 100% level.
* Interpret performance reports, take necessary precautions, and ensure that development proposals are passed on.
* Present monthly activity reports and weekly sales and customer visit reports to management in the determined standard and format.
* Participate and contribute to the process of collection preparation for target customers.
* Manage sample production and production processes of orders in coordination with the Istanbul office.
