Santalucía Seguros .Under the supervision of the Recruitment Coordination, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting the best candidates to fill current vacancies, following the guidelines and protocols set by the Department. You will promote a positive image of the company as a workplace and ensure a satisfying candidate experience, aligning profiles with the current and future needs of Grupo Santalucía.Identify and execute recruitment actions to attract top talent, including activating local sources, participating in recruitment events, launching social media campaigns, etc., and act as a change agent in recruitment and integration initiatives.Maintain and enhance an up-to-date talent database, establish relationships with the market and educational institutions, and stay informed about the latest recruitment trends.Conduct efficient and effective selection processes, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, skills assessments, references, and prepare detailed selection reports.Advise and support business personnel in candidate selection decisions, maintaining effective communication with managers, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Prepare periodic reports to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Desired Experience:
Experience in HR management and talent attraction for commercial profiles, either as a generalist or HR technician.Knowledge and interest in Santalucía's business model, objectives, structure, procedures, methodologies, culture, and strategies.Required Knowledge:
