1. Lead end-to-end CRM/ERP project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
3. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
4. Oversee system configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities.
5. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
7. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
8. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.
9. Optimize business processes through system enhancements and automation.
10. Conduct user training, onboarding, and change-management initiatives.
11. Create documentation including workflows, functional specs, and user guides.
12. Track performance metrics, analyze system usage, and propose improvements.
13. Support continuous improvement by implementing new features, updates, and best practices.
14. Ensure system reliability and resolve technical or functional issues with stakeholders.
