ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a
Business Continuity Consultant
to temporarily reinforce the
Security and Resilience area within the aviation sector .
This is a
functional, non-technical role, working closely with the
CISO and Security Architecture teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and the proper definition of business continuity and operational resilience plans.
Main responsibilities:
Review and update the
Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Contribute to the definition and improvement of
operational resilience plans
Perform
Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
and contingency scenario assessments
Review
network and security architecture
from a business continuity and risk perspective
Ensure compliance with
ISO 22301
and
ISO 27001
Coordinate with technical and business teams to translate continuity requirements (no technical execution required)
Support
audits, documentation, and compliance evidence
Who are you?
5+ years
of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager
Strong background in
B2C digital environments
(mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms)
Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps
English, Spanish, French: fluent
Nice to Have
Experience in
large corporate environments
Participation in
ISO audits or certifications
Analytical mindset and strong orientation to continuous improvement
