Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Plan programmes alongside the Sales Manager and other groups to train customersProvide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and proceduresSupport sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapiesReport all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metricsCollate and report all customer feedback, product and legal issues, and customer complaints from product-related eventsCarry out all administrative duties, such as regularly providing activity reports to the Sales ManagerRequired knowledge and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or other relevant degreeAt least 2 years of experience in the Electrophysiology fieldNice to have experience in Mapping SystemFluency in EnglishProficient with Microsoft Office and other systems applications in data processingSelf-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervisionCompetitive and winning mindsetFull clean driver licensePhysical Job Requirements
