Jumeirah Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a F&B; Attendant position to join Jumeirah Mallorca.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages according to Jumeirah standards.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas in excellent condition, supporting daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B; team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
- Handle food, beverages, and service equipment responsibly, following hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive presence with guests and colleagues, embodying the company’s values.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional, able to provide a personalized and high-end guest experience.
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a luxury setting.
