What You’ll Do
Our Assistant Store Manager is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. Responsibilities include:
- Guest Experience: Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
- Leadership: Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor; plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
- Talent: Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team; build bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility; establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
- Operations & Visual: Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently; maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards; problem solve proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

Position Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
- Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
- Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
