**About the role**
At Revolut People, we’re building the future of high performance. platform empowers hyper growing companies to identify, hire, and retain high-performers at scale. To accelerate our growth, we need a Junior Creative Marketing Manager who'll play a key role in shaping and executing our organic content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
This role works alongside the Senior Product Marketing Manager to develop content initiatives that position Revolut People as an industry leader. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging and high-converting content, managing editorial strategies, and collaborating with the Creative team to bring campaigns to life. From social media to gated materials, you’ll help define how Revolut People communicates and grows.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and executing content strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads
- Managing and creating organic social media content to enhance Revolut People’s presence and engagement
- Owning the editorial calendar for executive thought leadership, helping position Revolut People’s leadership team as industry experts
- Creating and optimising content assets, including whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and gated materials
- Repurposing website content into new SEO-driven pages to improve search visibility and attract inbound traffic
- Collaborating with the Creative team to develop engaging visual assets for content distribution
- Defining and executing content distribution strategies across organic channels to maximise impact
**What you'll need**
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in tech or B2B SaaS
- Proven expertise in organic demand generation, including SEO, content strategy, and social media
- Experience working with creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of engaging content
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and optimising content strategies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluency in English
