Your Role:
We're looking for a talented individual to influence our customers and develop the contact lens category by generating new users.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset about contact lenses.
* Understand and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
* Develop the category of contact lenses using tools such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale analysis, and training programs.
* Execute JBP defined for each KA and build the Misight category.
* Coverage planning, including sales process determination and customer segmentation.
* Establish strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales teams.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary and provide value to the team.
* Stay up-to-date on CooperVision programs and complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Attend congresses and stay prepared for trainings and improvement opportunities.
