About HMI Organization
HMI is part of the Digital Factory organization, composed of 6 activities such as Eilwell, Motion Control, Automation Control, HMI, IIoT Solution Software, and Process control systems. We contribute to providing solutions and innovation for plant and machine in Industry Automation.
As a pioneer in HMI (human machine interface), our brand offers a wide range of product line-ups globally, including small-sized operation panels for equipment and machines, high-performance models with integrated PLC functions, and IPCs (industrial Personal Computers) capable of handling edge functions such as data analysis.
Job Brief
We are looking for an IPC Specialist & Business Developer, who will mainly lead growth actions and work closely with Countries, HMI Marketing, and ICO, especially for the IPC business.
Main objectives include:
* Perform as IPC specialist and Business developer to build growth actions.
* Work proactively with Countries and stakeholders to execute growth strategies.
Responsibilities
* Create technical documents and train countries on new and key offers, mainly IPC.
* Develop promotional and technical assets (videos, applications, success stories, battle cards).
* Deliver training to enhance IPC skills across countries.
* Share success cases and best practices to replicate success.
* Collaborate closely with European countries to set and execute growth actions to meet sales targets.
* Understand and support countries' pain points and requirements.

Qualifications
Must Have:
* Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel within Europe and internationally.
* Experience in Marketing, Sales, or PAE in Industrial Automation, especially IPCs.
* Knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Linux).
* Engineering skills to develop applications with Schneider Software (BOS/EMSE, AVEVA).
* Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible attitude, proactive problem-solving, and result orientation.
Desirable:
* Experience in HMI.
* Engineering skills for developing PC-based applications.
