* 📍 Location: Barcelona | Hybrid (4 days on-site)
* đź’° Salary: Up to 35K + benefits
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and respond to customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Monitor and manage system alerts, escalate critical issues, and coordinate restoration
* Participate in on-duty rotation during weekends and public holidays (when required)
* Manage customer accounts and configurations
* Investigate root causes of product or service issues and escalate when necessary
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of programming languages
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Good understanding of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
* Familiarity with Linux and SQL (advantage)
* Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred)
* Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a bonus)
