We are looking for an IT Controller to join our team at our offices in Terrassa (Barcelona).
\n
In this role, you will work closely with remote teams in a global environment with various stakeholders across IT, Controlling, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
\n
Your responsibilities include
\n
You own the global IT budget, act as a business partner to the CDO, and are responsible for achieving the IT organization’s financial targets through effective financial governance.
\n
You further develop the existing IT controlling function with a focus on data and processes.
\n
You lead the controlling activities together with one direct report and are responsible for IT project controlling, CAPEX management, cost allocation, month-end closing activities, recurring reporting, budget and forecast, and strategic planning.
\n
You prepare analysis for ad-hoc requests using tools such as Power BI and SAP BW.
\n
You are responsible for financial management and analysis, purchase order management, and IT cost control and optimization.
\n
Requisitos
\n
You have a completed degree in business administration/economics, business informatics, business mathematics, or a comparable field.
\n
People leadership experience is not mandatory—this role is suitable as a first leadership position.
\n
You are fluent in English, knowledge in German is a plus
\n
You have several years of experience in controlling-related roles and experience managing large central organizations (ideally IT).
\n
You enjoy taking ownership, work independently and pragmatically, and like tackling challenges.
\n
You are curious about new topics, want to develop further, and enjoy a varied set of tasks.
\n

Availability to travel (approximately 20%) when required (HQ in Germany/Switzerland).

Valid driving license and own vehicle.
