Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define scope, timelines, and resource needs; manage cross-functional teams and budgets.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance frameworks.
- Monitor progress, report outcomes, and continuously improve delivery practices
- Implement corporate operating procedures including communication, documentation, quality, and change control processes
- Coordinate, approve and track all project related expenses including all hours, materials and services
- Assess and manage risk of strategic, technical, financial, political and/or business factors facing the project
- Manage customer relationships and ensure project delivery meets customer satisfaction
- Drive/Participate in incident management processes to resolve project-related issues promptly and to the agreed SLA
- Mentor junior project staff and contribute to organizational project management maturity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Engineering or Information Technology) or equivalent experience
- Six to eight years of project management experience with demonstrated success delivering systems including experience managing schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Agile Methodologies Certificates
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum environments would be an additional asset
- Experience with project management scheduling tools, such as MS Project or Clarity
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English and Spanish.
