Global Indirect Procurement at Fresenius Kabi plays a critical role in enabling innovation, ensuring governance, and creating sustainable value across the organization. We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a strategic global R&D services portfolio and partner closely with senior stakeholders across Research, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs.Your responsibilities:- Execute global category strategies for R&D and professional services in alignment with the Category Lead.- Translate global strategy into annual sourcing plans and manage a sustainable sourcing pipeline.- Lead and co‑lead complex end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives, including tenders, RFPs and negotiations.- Drive cost savings and value creation across a complex, knowledge‑based services portfolio.- Negotiate commercial, contractual and service‑level agreements (MSA, SOW, SLA, WO).- Manage contract lifecycle activities including amendments, renewals and work orders.- Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, financial controls and risk standards.- Manage supplier performance and deploy a global strategic supplier ecosystem across business units.- Act as a trusted business partner to R&D, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs and cross‑functional teams.Your qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sciences or a related field.- Master’s degree or advanced procurement certifications are a plus.- Strong experience in strategic sourcing and category management with hands‑on execution.- Solid exposure to procurement of R&D and clinical services.- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global, matrix environment.- Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.- Advanced MS Office skills;
