In this role, you will work closely with the Account Director and clients, playing an active part in strategic and creative projects, with growing responsibility and autonomy in delivering communication initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the organization and delivery of projects, as defined by the Account Manager or Account Director, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Understand key client information (business strategy, products and services, target audiences) in order to define and prepare communication materials for the media and spokespersons: press releases, speeches, media briefings, minutes, key messages, Q&A; documents, etc.
- Contribute to the definition and development of communication strategies and action plans.
- Prepare award submissions and strategic proposals.
- Manage direct client relationships, including attending and actively participating in meetings in English.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Develop budgets and manage suppliers and external partners.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate partners and stakeholders.
- Organize meetings and events with media, from strategic concept development aligned with objectives to execution.
- Source, evaluate and coordinate suppliers, including budget analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare media lists, invitations, follow-ups and media relations activities.
- Participate in proposals and pitches.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Native or bilingual level of English – essential.
- Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Public Relations or related communication fields.
- Over four years of experience managing brands/accounts within a corporate communications practice in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of the digital ecosystem, social media and influencers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). xqbhyrx
