Position Overview
\n
We are seeking an exceptional Clubhouse Manager to lead and elevate all clubhouse operations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who combines operational discipline with a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a consistently outstanding experience to members and guests, ensuring that every detail—from service flow to culinary execution—reflects the Valderrama standard.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Food & Beverage Leadership
\n
- Oversee all F&B; operations including restaurant, bar, events, and private dining
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and product standards
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to align culinary vision with member expectations
- Monitor and optimize cost control, margins, and profitability (P&L; responsibility)
- Implement and maintain rigorous service standards and operating procedures
- Lead continuous improvement in the F&B; offering, including menu development and wine program
Clubhouse Operations \n
- Manage day-to-day clubhouse operations, ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with other departments (golf operations, course, membership) to ensure a unified member experience
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management of clubhouse teams
- Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
Service Excellence & Member Experience \n
- Define, implement, and uphold service standards aligned with Valderrama’s positioning
- Actively engage with members, anticipating needs and responding to feedback
- Foster a culture of attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism
Team Leadership & Culture \n
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Instill a culture of accountability, discipline, and pride in execution
- Lead by example with a visible, hands-on management style
Events & Hospitality \n
- Oversee the planning and execution of club events, tournaments, and private functions
- Ensure all events meet the highest standards of service and organization
Candidate Profile \n
- Proven experience in a senior clubhouse, hospitality, or F&B; leadership role (luxury environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, cost control, and P&L; management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver consistent service excellence
- Highly detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a member-first approach
- Experience in private clubs or high-end hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Fluent in Spanish and English
