International consulting group founded in 2019, Ekkiden fosters an ecosystem of passionate and committed consultants who lead organizational, operational, and technological transformation projects in IT/Digital, Industry/R&D;, and Sustainability, for large enterprises and SMEs in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.About the job: We are seeking an Injection & Tooling Development Engineer for one of our top partners to manage supplier quality, cost, and timing (QCT) while ensuring seamless project execution.**Location: Tudela, Navarra | Hybrid modality| Full-time position | Long term project****Responsibilities**: Missions:- Responsible for the Q, C, T of suppliers.- In charge to manage closed purchase order for his project and to follow payment schedule.- Responsible for the non event launch related to supplier.- Ensures the tool and injection process tuning from tool study validation until the product quality approved by the customer.- Responsible for the tool and the Injection process reliability at the factory tool transfer.Activities:- Negotiates according to the quality, cost and deadline project’s targets.- Proposes and compares alternative solutions.- Manages purchase request related to his project.- Takes part to the injection tool concept validation.- Takes part to the injection system definition.- Brings technical proposals in order to improve the project targets: Quality, Cost, Lead time.- Has to be an added value to the innovative proposals.- Is the main technical contact with the toolmakers during the project life.- Brings added value to the tool purchasing team.- Uses on a daily basis the department data base tools ( TCRD, FAC, Action plan, trial evaluation )- Organizes and leads the Trial Preparation Meeting.
