Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for steel tower components
* Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive agreements
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers worldwide for quality and cost efficiency
* Manage commercial discussions and contract negotiations with key partners
* Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sourcing needs and align strategies
* Support innovation and sustainability within the supply chain
YOUR PROFILE / Qualifications
* Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar
* Minimum 3 years of experience in global sourcing or procurement roles
* Strong negotiation and commercial skills with proven supplier management experience
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Willingness to travel internationally and work in a multicultural environment
* High adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills
