Responsibilities:
* Maintain positive interactions with customers and colleagues, fostering good working relationships.
* Answer all incoming calls professionally, using correct telephone etiquette.
* Handle wake-up calls efficiently.
* Address queries or requests from guests, referring them to the appropriate department.
* Perform other tasks specific to the position.
Requirements
* Degree or higher diploma in hospitality or tourism management is advantageous.
* Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a luxury hotel, including internship.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Passion for providing personalized service, with attention to detail.
Conditions
* Rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
* Two consecutive days off per week.
* Meals and uniform provided by the hotel.
