About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs), including scientific societies across Spain. Your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, implementing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, managing tenders, and promoting products. You will work closely with the Spanish & Southern Europe teams, playing a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives and collaborating with the implementation of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and KOLs
* Conduct strategic market analyses to identify new business opportunities
* Work with the Southern European team to achieve the sales objectives
* Deliver product information to healthcare professionals
* Gather market intelligence and contribute to the development and appropriate client communication materials
* Manage distribution logistics, participate in tenders, and coordinate product releases with relevant agencies
* Provide input on the rolling forecast and marketing budget
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with at least 3 years focused on vaccines
* Proven track record in fieldwork, spending up to 70% of your time with clients
* Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills
* Feeling comfortable with English (written and spoken) is essential
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
