About the Role
Make a meaningful impact every day. Are you passionate about helping people live life on their own terms? Join our team as a Support Worker and be at the heart of providing quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference.
In this rewarding role, you'll support individuals to maintain their independence and stay in the comfort of their own homes. No two days are the same—you could be helping with daily tasks like meal preparation and personal care, assisting with transport and mobility, or providing companionship and support with communication.
You'll also have the chance to lead fun and engaging activities for small groups or offer overnight respite to clients who'd like a change of scenery. Whether it's helping someone get ready for their day, enjoying a social outing, or feeling safe and supported overnight, you'll play a vital role in helping people live well their way.
If you're caring, reliable, and ready to build genuine connections with those you support, we'd love to hear from you, especially if you live in or around the following suburbs: Maidstone, Point Cook, Altona Meadows, Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Brunswick, Preston, Coburg, Bundoora, Fitzroy, Craigieburn, or Glenroy.
