We are seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader who will guide a group of high‑performing sales professionals to accelerate growth, optimize pipeline management, and achieve outstanding results across HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire, and Security solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Set clear objectives and individual sales goals; manage team workloads, priorities, and performance to ensure consistent delivery against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* Track, analyze, and manage key KPIs such as pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity, ensuring data‑driven decisions and ongoing performance improvement.
* Drive effective lead management by ensuring timely qualification, follow‑up, and progression of opportunities through the sales funnel, while supporting pipeline creation and early‑stage opportunity development.
* Foster strong alignment and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Field teams to maximize business opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain high standards of customer communication and engagement across the team, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and value‑driven interactions.
* Ensure accurate CRM usage and high‑quality data management to support forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence.
* Lead regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to enable individual and team success.
* Promote consistency, efficiency, and continuous process improvement across the team, optimizing workflows and sales practices.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Sales Team Management, ideally within a B2B or service‑driven environment.
* Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and drive high‑performing teams.
* Strong ability to manage targets, performance, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
* Data‑driven mindset, with experience using CRM tools and sales metrics to monitor performance and support decision‑making.
* Proactive and results‑oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Experience in a technical, industrial, or service‑based environment (e.g., HVAC, Building Solutions, Fire & Security) is highly desirable.
* Strong customer focus, with a solution‑oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
* Ability to work both strategically and operationally, balancing team leadership with hands‑on involvement when needed.
