What is the Project?

Let's be honest: traditional business financing usually involves mountains of paperwork, endless waiting, and a lot of corporate yawning. We are putting an end to that!

This project is all about taking the old-school world of business funding and giving it a massive, tech-driven glow-up. Our client—a well-established European fintech pioneer originally born in Stockholm—is aggressively expanding its footprint into the Dutch market.

They have already helped over 50,000 small and medium-sized businesses across Europe access flexible funding (up to €500,000!) through smart automation and a sleek, fully digital onboarding process. The mission now? Connect with Dutch entrepreneurs, show them how hassle-free financing can actually be, and lay the foundation for a brand-new sales hub that will eventually anchor itself right here in sunny Barcelona.

The Role & Its Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who gets a genuine thrill from turning a cold outbound call into a warm, successful partnership. Your working hours will be 9:00 to 18:00, leaving your evenings completely free to enjoy life. Your day-to-day work will directly impact market growth through three clear objectives:

Objective 1: Market Penetration & Lead Generation

  • Actively prospect and engage with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across the Netherlands.
  • Execute daily outbound outreach (averaging 60–80 structured calls per day) to introduce these innovative financing solutions to entrepreneurs who need them.

Objective 2: Deal Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Consult with business owners to understand their financial goals and match them with the right loan or credit card solutions.
  • Efficiently qualify potential opportunities to keep the sales pipeline moving smoothly.
  • Keep all lead data and communication notes immaculate within the CRM system (because clean data makes everyone happy).

Objective 3: Collaborative Growth

  • Work hand-in-hand with international teams to share market insights and continuously optimize sales strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the culture, high energy, and overall success of the emerging Barcelona sales hub.

What You Should Bring: The Dutch-Speaking Growth Connector

The Must-Haves:

  • Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Dutch and a professional level of English.
  • Sales DNA: Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation. You are genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and guiding a conversation.
  • Mindset: A self-driven, target-motivated attitude. You enjoy autonomy and love taking full ownership of your daily performance.
  • Communication: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and the natural ability to build quick rapport with business owners.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • A genuine interest in fintech, fast-scaling tech companies, or financial solutions for SMEs.
  • Prior experience working with modern CRM platforms to track your sales activity.
