This is an opportunity for an experienced Tax professional to join a high-performing team within an organisation recognised internationally for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and ambitious growth plans.
The Opportunity
As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and internationally mobile professionals, providing expert advice across Spanish and cross-border tax matters. You will manage a diverse portfolio and play a key role in delivering strategic tax planning, compliance oversight, and advisory work related to personal taxation, wealth structuring, relocations, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Advise HNWIs, executives, and internationally mobile individuals on personal tax planning and cross-border tax matters
* Provide guidance on tax residency, structuring of investments, holding structures, and wealth preservation
* Manage advisory work relating to relocations, non-resident taxation, and expatriate planning
* Review and oversee personal tax compliance deliverables
* Support clients with applications such as the Beckham Regime and Double Tax Treaties
* Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and high-quality service delivery
* Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives within the Madrid market
About You:
* 6+ years of Private Client or Personal Tax experience within a professional services, Big 4, or law firm environment
* Strong knowledge of Spanish personal tax regulations and experience with international tax matters
* Demonstrated ability to manage HNWI portfolios and deliver high-quality advisory work
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
* Leadership experience and interest in team development
* Professional fluency in Spanish and English
