Internal Actuarial Audit Expert
An Internal Auditor is responsible for performing independent and objective audits across various functions and processes within the insurance company. As Internal Actuarial Audit Expert focus would be in conducting independent and objective assessments of actuarial related processes and models within Allianz, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Group standards, evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls, and providing valuable insights to enhance risk management (operational and regulatory) and operational performance.
What are you going to do in Allianz?
* Understand the key elements of a robust system of governance to ensure that all relevant processes are working effectively from an E2E perspective, from first line of defense (claims, underwriting, reinsurance, pricing, reserving, accounting) to the second line of defense (actuarial function, risk management, compliance).
* Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and system of governance.
* As an actuarial expert in the function, focus would be in those involving actuarial processes, challenging governance of models, assumptions, and underlying data sources, as well as related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards, as well as applicable legislation (notably ROSSP, LOSSEAR, Solvency II). The execution of reperformance test could be required.

* Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
* Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

* Support the development and enhancement of audit frameworks and tools specific to actuarial processes.
