To be considered for this role, you must meet several key requirements. You need to hold a formal qualification related to the health, education, or social sectors. Solid equestrian knowledge and horse-handling skills are essential to ensure the safety of everyone involved. You should also have at least three months of relevant experience in a similar setting. Because of the location in Marratxí, you must possess a valid Class B driver's license and have access to your own vehicle for commuting.
This position offers a stable, permanent contract under the collective agreement for disability services (conveni de discapacitat). The working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 19:00, totaling 35 hours per week. The salary offered is 19,000 EUR gross per year (based on a full-time equivalent).
