- **Mission**:
- We’re looking for talented individuals to join our teams and actively support the growth of our brand.
- Join Caroline, Store Manager of our Paseo de Gracia store, and take part in the daily life of a team of 6 people.
- As Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, support operations, and engage the team.
- You are ready to:
- **Drive performance and customer experience**- Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer journey
- Build strong relationships and contribute to the achievement of sales targets
- Monitor KPIs and support action plans to improve store performance- **Ensure operational excellence**- Manage back-office activities: stock, deliveries, replenishment and inventory
- Support the Store Manager in daily organization and use of digital tools- **Support team and brand development**- Contribute to team training and skill development
- Share product knowledge and embody the brand’s values and DNA
- Foster a positive, collaborative team spirit and support collective success- **Profil**:
- You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear retail and feel comfortable in a fast-paced store environment.
- Naturally attentive to what’s happening around you, you are a true team player with an inspiring mindset and a clear sense of leadership.- Spanish and English are required to succeed in this role
