About the Role
* Deliver product demos, configure products in test environments, and execute operational tasks during demos (e.g., creating policies, approving underwriting, creating claims) to ensure seamless client-specific experiences.
* Take ownership of responding to RFIs and RFPs, deepening your understanding of the Peak3 platform while continuously improving response accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
* Engage with senior customer representatives, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives.
* Develop compelling and reusable presentation materials to showcase Peak3's platform capabilities and benefits, leveraging storytelling techniques to engage clients with technical content.
* Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery by serving as the primary or shadow Business Analyst/Account Manager.
* Support initial implementation phases, manage handovers to delivery teams, and assist Product Managers and Project Managers to align with client expectations and delivery goals.
* Collaborate with Business Development teams in prospecting efforts, market events, talks, and webinars, providing subject-matter expertise and engaging potential clients or partners to demonstrate the value of our platform.
* Work closely with Product and Technical teams to support customer onboarding and solution delivery.
What You Bring
* At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry and presales/customer onboarding roles.
* A solid understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with expertise in creating and delivering engaging presentations to senior-level stakeholders.
* Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
* Excellent spoken and written English and German language proficiency is required.
