Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and project management to take on the role of Team Lead in a large-scale, strategic data migration project. This initiative aims to consolidate and standardise billing and accounting processes across multiple business units into a centralised system (ACCCO), moving from fragmented local systems and processes to a unified, SAP-based global platform.
Project Objective
The primary goal is to migrate all internal financial and accounting processes from various country-specific systems—currently operating independently—into a global solution. This transformation will significantly enhance data quality, traceability, operational efficiency, and corporate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the project team, ensuring effective task planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation.
- Progress Reporting: Report regularly to the project manager and key stakeholders on progress, challenges, KPIs, and project results.
- Implementation Oversight: Supervise the execution of data and process migrations, ensuring deadlines and quality objectives are met.
- Collaboration with the Business Analyst: Work closely to ensure migration processes align with business needs and functional requirements.
- Development Guidelines: Define and maintain clear development standards and best practices to ensure project quality and compliance.
- Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Adjust the plan according to evolving needs, propose improvements, assess impacts, and manage transitions between systems where needed.
- Global Communication: Act as a key liaison across local and international teams, adapting to diverse cultures, systems, and working styles. Escalate critical issues to global leadership when necessary.
- Decision-Making: Make informed, consensus-based decisions and serve as a backup to the Project Lead when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams in tech or digital transformation projects.
- Functional knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
- Familiarity with SAP as the target system supporting core business processes.
- English level C1 (mandatory), with strong communication skills for engaging international stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate across all organisational levels.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Experience with Infor LN ERP.
- Knowledge of German.

The successful candidate will lead project execution with agility and foresight, anticipate risks, ensure information governance, and help drive the achievement of the project’s strategic goals.
