European marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution, and optimization of multi-country marketing automation campaigns using
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
(SFMC). You will work closely with local and regional marketing teams to bring campaigns to life through automation, personalization, and data-driven strategies.Responsibilities:
Your daily basis will be mostly but not exclusively focused on:
Campaign Development & ExecutionBuild and execute automated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Collaborate with country marketing teams to adapt and localize journeys for each market.Create and maintain responsive email templates and landing pages using SFMC tools (Content Builder, Cloud Pages).Journey ManagementDesign and implement customer journeys in Journey Builder, incorporating personalization, segmentation, and decision splits.Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments as needed.Data & Audience ManagementManage data extensions, subscriber lists, and segmentation strategies.Ensure GDPR and local data privacy compliance in all marketing automation activities.Reporting & OptimizationAnalyze campaign results and generate insights for continuous improvement.Present performance reports to stakeholders and propose optimization strategies.Provide guidance and training to local teams on best practices and platform capabilities.Liaise with IT and CRM teams to ensure data flows and integrations function smoothly.Authorities:
As EUL marketing specialist, your job demands supporting Loomis EUL and all its subsidiariesExperience and competences required:
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation SystemsProven understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.Strong understanding of marketing automation, personalization, segmentation, and campaign analytics.English C1 or C2 is mandatory.Experience working in a multi-country or regional environmentKnowledge of GDPR and marketing compliance requirements in Europe.Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer).Seniority level
